Hi Friend,

Before we get too involved in this weeks issue, I have
a very important message that you will thank me for in a
few months time.

I have been approached by a Brand New company to help
them review, assess and promote a program. Of course I was
very skeptical at first so I approached the idea with a
high level of scepticism. But after extensive testing and
monitoring I needn't have worried.

Very rarely do I get excited about a program, but this
is Brand New to the market and it's going to be
ENORMOUS... I stake my reputation on it!

This program is a MUST for ANYBODY who uses a mobile
phone. If you can't save a packet off your phone bill or
earn money with this program... then you must be brain dead!

But a word of warning... it will cost you money to
join, but that's only so that you can save money. You'll
see what I mean when you go to the website.

Ok, back to this weeks issue...

Well what a traumatic week it's been!

Like I mentioned earlier in the week, due to a personal
stuff up I lost my entire subscriber database and had to
rely on backup, which was difficult to obtain.

To cut a long story short, I am now back into full
swing and I back up my list every night... just in case!

On Saturday last, I totally surprised my wife and took
her to see the stage show of "Copacabana". Now before you
get all mushie on me… I am not normally the "cultural"
type. I'm more at home sitting in front of the telly,
sucking on a beer and watching the footy.

But as it was valentines day, I thought I'd wear my
heart on my sleeve and do something different. All I can
say is... WOW!

If you ever get the chance to see this event... I highly
recommend you check it out. It was fantastic and I had a
blast. Who knows… I just might go back and see another
show! :-)

Anyway...

In this weeks issue we continue our discussions on
building an opt-in email list. In the past I have been
ranting and raving about increasing the size of your list,
but today we add a bit of a twist.

You'll also learn how to simply and easily find 250
subscribers every month… at the click of a button!

article.

If you're deadly serious about building your online
business, then now is the perfect time to do something
about it. Implement the steps that you'll learn in this
week's Feature Article and you may be well on your way to
achieving your dreams!

Don't fall for the trap of saying… "I'll get started
next week", before you know it another year will have
passed and you may still be in the same position you are
now!

I guarantee that if you implement the strategies that
we have previously discussed and what you'll learn in the

How to Build a Highly Responsive and Targeted Opt-in Email
List!

There probably isn't a successful internet marketer alive
that doesn't have a sizable targeted opt-in email list. And
you've heard me, and multitudes of other marketers,
preaching the virtues of building your list.

You know the stuff...

"the money is in the list..."
"if you want to be successful you must have an opt-in
email list..."
"up to 80% of your sales will come from your list..."

... yada, yada, yada!

Well all of this is 100% true. But...

There is one other key element to this puzzle that you
must understand if you want to make it big as an internet
marketer. Simply going out and building an email list will
not make you your fortune.

You see, it's not so much the size of the list that
matters... it's the QUALITY of your subscribers in the list.
In other words, growing your list to 10,000 just by going
out and buying leads willy nilly will not make you rich and
famous!

For example, I know of a marketer that has a list of over
45,000 subscribers, yet he struggles to make any real
money. Then there are some, like Dave Vallieres, who has a
smaller list of 10,000, yet he makes $15,000+ on.line each
month. Now that's REAL money!

One method of building your highly targeted responsive
email lists is to use a co-registration service. Some will
cost you money, while others are f.ree. Either way... these
offer you a quick start that you can implement IMMEDIATELY
to begin building your list.

A co-registration services basically means that an ad for
your ezine will pop-up on other websites and visitors will
have to consciously subscribe to your list.

The secret to using these services is to ensure you only
target highly motivated and responsive subscribers that are
looking for exactly what you have to offer. The best way to
do this is to NOT mention the word f.ree any where in your
ad copy.

This will deter any f.reebie seekers that may never by
anything from you and ensure that only visitors who are
looking for exactly what you have to offer will sign up to
your list.

There are many such services on the net, but listed below
are the ones that I personally use and have had the most
success with. I have found to these subscribers to be
highly responsive and targeted to my selected niches.

This is my preferred choice. You can choose between
single, double or triple opt-in subscribers, which means
that before they are sent to you, they have gone through a
rigorous filtering process to ensure they are genuinely
interested in your ezine. Not to mention that you will be
protected against any future Spam complaints!

You can start receiving up to 250 new double opt-in
subscribers each month for as little as $42 per month. So,
if you haven't yet started to build a large targeted opt-in
email list, then now you've got no excuses.

This is a set monthly membership type service where you
$19.95 per month, which allows you to place an "ad" for
your ezine or ecourse in a rotating list script that is
displayed on highly trafficable websites.

This service has proven to be very successful for my
business and my current stats indicate that I have had over
12,300 page views in the last four months.

The number of actual signups you receive will depend on
the level of demand in your particular niche and how well
you crafted your ad copy. But, if you create an attention
grabbing headline and a well-written description, you can
expect a conversion rate of between 1% and 10%.

Not as highly responsive as ListBuilderPro, but for the
cost, its still reasonable value.

This is a f.ree service where you place a script on your
webpages that automatically opens a pop-up when a visitor
enters your or other webmasters sites. The visitor to the
site then has the option of selecting to subscribe to any
number of f.ree ezines listed in the popup by ticking a
check box beside each ad.

There is a tracking mechanism in the code on each webpage
that identifies how many times the popup has been displayed
on your site, and this will determine how many views your
ad will receive on other sites.

You also receive additional page views for each person
you refer to the program, so if you are able to refer new
members, the number of times your ad will be shown on other
websites will increase exponentially.

This is just one of a many number of similar f.ree
programs available on the net and they all operate in
basically the same fashion.

If you have the resources or a highly trafficable site,
this can be a highly viral tool and you will be able to
increase your subscriber list VERY quickly.

If making money is one of the main reasons for building
an opt-in email list, just be aware...

... anyone can build a huge list by giving away a ton of
f.ree stuff as an incentive to get them to signup. But, if
your list is full of f.reebie seekers, how many of them are
going to be serious enough to want to buy anything from you?

As soon as you try to sell them something using your
follow-up strategy, they'll run quicker than a half-starved
jackrabbit!

I'm not saying that you should give away f.ree incentives
to your list. That'd be just plain DUMB advice. By all
means give them "presents and gifts", but wait until AFTER
they join your list before you surprise them with their
f.ree gifts!
