Hi Friend,
The big
news this week is that I have extended my Joint
Venture with my partner Aaron Leigton to merge all our
business opertions into a single unit. http://www.mymarketinggoldmine.com
Just to
remind you... myself and Aaron created a
members online internet marketing site called
This new
partnership will not have any affect what so
ever on the newsletter and we definitely have no plans to
change anything. The only differnce that you will notice is
that Aaron's name and our other websites will be inlcuded
in all my sig files and in newsletter articles.
Apart from
this small change there will be major change
in the way we operate our business.
Why?
Not to
long ago we completed an on^line market^ing
course conducted by reknowned on^line marketer Dave
Vallieres. This course was absolutely fantastic and if
anyone has the opportunity to take his course, we highly
recommend you grab it with both hands.
From this
ecourse we learned an enormous amount of
"never been released" information that showed us in
detail
how to develop a super successful on^line busi^ness. We
now plan to implement some of these breathtaking strategies
into our own busi^ness.
Some of
these strategies may appeal to you, while
others may not.
However
we are positive that if you are serious about
wanting to learn how to make mon^ey on^line you will be
able gain a tremendous amount of information that you can

Here's a great tip
from my good frined George Katsoudas.
While he has his own unique style of writing, he has some
great ideas and he's 100% right on the mon^ey with this
tip...
Just yesteday, a
valued customer emailed me to
let me know how frustrated he was. It seems that the
product he had ord^ered (from me) hadn't been delivered
on time.
This is a valid
concern. When I ord^er a product,
I want it right then and there. The customer was 100%
correct.
So, here are some
things you should have in mind
when dealing with angry/frustrated customers:
1) Explain what is
it that went wrong. Yes, even if
it was a "mistake" on your part. People want to do
busi^ness with real people. And people make mistakes.
Don't be afraid to admit a mistake. This is powerful.
2) State again, that
you do value your customer. No
customers, no mon^ey, no food... it's that simple.
Customers are the cornerstone of any succesful
busi^ness. Cherish them. Protect them.
3) *Show* them that
you value them. Make them a gift.

What? George, the customer is bitching
and you want me to send him/her a gift
on top of that? You are crazy!

but that's another story
altogether. Listen: Don't let any situation get you
with your back to the wall. Take charge. Take
iniciative. "Yes Mr/Mrs customer, you are correct.
I made a boo boo. But I value you and here's proof.
Here's a gift."
4) Let them know
what is going on. If the problem
needs several hours to be solved, let your customers
know. People love getting behind the scenes. A simple:
"I'm working on it and everything will be back to
normal soon", is enough.
5) Something else
that was drilled in my head
recently: Many times, people have a hard time in their
lives. (Job, family, health and so on)
Never, never, never,
*ever* "snap" at your
customers. Don't be a boogie man or a tough guy/gal
(Leave that for your competitors). Be like a loving
father instead. (ain't I poetic sometimes?)
